A Review After the First Month

A 43-inch Hisense smart box, a 50 Mbps fibre line in Reddyshire, and thirty evenings of watching. Here is what held up and what did not.

What worked

Subtitles stayed in sync across three apps, and the remote layout made sense without the manual.

What did not

One firmware update reset the parental PIN, and the app store was missing two smaller local platforms.

Data use

Roughly 2.1 GB per hour at 1080p. Two heavy evenings pushed us close to the bundle cap.
